Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage Outer Ring Road have announced four senior leadership appointments across hotel operations, commercial strategy, human resources and finance, bringing extensive hospitality experience to the newly established dual-branded property.

The appointments see Ramandeep Singh take on the role of Hotel Manager, Aparna Ajith as Commercial Director, Srinivasa Rao as Cluster Director HR, and Sheetal Aggarwal as Cluster Director of Finance. Together, they will support the hotel’s operations, guest experience, business development and people strategy as the property builds its presence in one of Bengaluru’s key business districts.

Located on Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road (ORR), the 529-key Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage is designed to meet the needs of corporate travellers, MICE groups, business events and the surrounding commercial community.

The property offers around 37,000 square feet of banquet space, four food and beverage outlets, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, yoga deck, gym and spa. Its arrival adds a major premium hospitality offering to the ORR market, which has seen limited new hotel development over the past decade.

With its location within Embassy TechVillage and a mix of accommodation, meetings, dining and leisure facilities, the hotel complex is positioned to serve Bengaluru’s growing corporate travel and events market.

Ramandeep Singh – Hotel Manager

With more than 20 years of hospitality experience, Ramandeep Singh has worked across luxury and upscale hotel brands including The Oberoi Group, JW Marriott New Delhi, Andaz New Delhi, DLF Luxury Hotels and Conrad Pune. His career has also included international experience in London.

At Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, Singh will oversee day-to-day hotel operations and guest experience across the dual-branded property. His focus will include service standards, operational performance and ensuring a consistent experience for guests staying at either hotel.

Aparna Ajith – Commercial Director

Aparna Ajith joins as Commercial Director with more than 12 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, revenue strategy and business development. She has worked with leading hospitality companies including Marriott and IHCL, building expertise across commercial planning and market growth.

At the Bengaluru property, Ajith will lead commercial strategy, corporate partnerships, MICE business and market development. Her role will be particularly important as the hotel targets corporate travellers, business groups and events in and around the Outer Ring Road business corridor.

With more than 22 years of experience in hospitality human resources, Srinivasa Rao brings extensive knowledge of talent management and people operations. He has managed HR functions across multiple properties and markets during his career with Accor Hotels India.

His expanded role will see him oversee HR operations for Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, alongside Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks. Rao will focus on talent development, employee engagement and people initiatives, while helping build a workplace culture that supports collaboration, professional growth and strong service delivery.

Sheetal Aggarwal, a Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years of experience, takes on the role of Cluster Director of Finance. Her expertise covers financial strategy, business partnering, finance transformation, governance and hotel operations.

Her portfolio now includes Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy TechVillage, in addition to Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park and Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks. Before joining Hilton, Aggarwal held senior finance positions with Amazon, Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, The Oberoi Group and ICICI Bank.

Her career includes experience in hotel pre-openings, ERP implementations, finance transformation and operational improvement programmes, giving her a broad understanding of both financial management and hotel business operations.
