OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group Appoints Brian Regula as Chief Financial Officer

OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group has appointed Brian Regula as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 21, 2026, bringing more than two decades of senior finance experience across the hospitality industry.

Regula joins OUTRIGGER with extensive experience managing finance operations across multi property and multi brand hospitality portfolios. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance Operations at Pyramid Global Hospitality, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 130 hotels and was responsible for balance sheet management and optimisation across a complex portfolio.

His professional experience also includes a strong connection to Hawai’i. Regula previously served as Vice President of Finance at Turtle Bay Resort and Director of Finance at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Cipriani, the international luxury dining and hospitality group.

At OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group, Regula will oversee the company’s financial strategy and support data driven decision making across the organisation. His responsibilities will include driving strategic, financial and operational initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s revenue performance.

With experience spanning hotel finance, luxury hospitality and large multi property portfolios, Regula brings a combination of financial leadership and knowledge of the Hawai’i hospitality market to his new position. His appointment comes as OUTRIGGER continues to focus on financial performance and its long term growth as a global beach resort company.
