Conrad Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Conor Hadlington as General Manager, effective 28 September 2026. With nearly 18 years of experience in luxury hospitality across international markets, Hadlington will lead the 513 room hotel at Pacific Place in Admiralty, Hong Kong, overseeing its operations, commercial strategy and brand direction.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Hadlington has built an international hospitality career spanning Asia, the United States and the Middle East. He has worked with several leading luxury hotel brands, including Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental and Shangri La, gaining experience across different markets and guest segments.

His career began in Food and Beverage operations, giving him a strong foundation in the day to day running of hotels and the importance of guest service. He later moved into broader commercial and property leadership roles, developing expertise in revenue management, team development and guest experience. His combination of international experience and regional market knowledge will support Conrad Hong Kong as it continues to develop its luxury hospitality offering.

As General Manager, Hadlington will oversee the hotel’s overall performance, with a focus on strengthening guest loyalty, improving operational efficiency and building on the property’s established position in Hong Kong’s luxury hotel market.
