Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road have appointed Deep Vahi as multi property general manager, bringing nearly two decades of experience in hotel sales, marketing and operations to the two Marriott properties.

Vahi began his hospitality career with The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts before joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu in 2008, where he developed his expertise in sales. Over the years, his career with Marriott International has taken him through several key roles across the National Sales Organisation, Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport and JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, covering sales, marketing and hotel operations.

In 2021, Vahi returned to JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu as director of sales and marketing. He moved into hotel operations in 2024 and most recently served as hotel manager, further expanding his experience in managing different aspects of hotel performance and guest services.

His contributions to the hospitality industry have earned him several recognitions from Marriott International, including the President’s Circle Award, two Chairman’s Circle Awards and the Sales & Marketing Leader of the Year, Luxury (APEC) award.

In his new role, Vahi will oversee both Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, with a focus on business growth, team development and guest satisfaction. His appointment comes as the two properties continue to serve Bengaluru’s business and leisure travellers, with an emphasis on delivering quality hospitality while developing talent and strengthening operational performance.
