
Novotel New Delhi City Centre has announced the appointment of Richa Trikha as its new Director of Sales and Marketing. Bringing over 18 years of experience across the hospitality and aviation industries, she joins the leadership team with strong expertise in hotel sales, revenue growth, business development, and client relationship management.
In her new role, Richa will lead the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on driving business growth across key segments including corporate travel, MICE, weddings, and social events. Her appointment comes at a time when the hotel continues to strengthen its presence in Delhi’s growing hospitality market.
Before joining Novotel New Delhi City Centre, Richa was associated with Hyatt Regency Delhi, where she played an important role in enhancing sales performance and executing high-impact commercial strategies. Over the years, she has worked with some of the hospitality industry’s leading brands, including Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Radisson Hotel Group, and IHG Hotels & Resorts, building extensive experience across corporate sales, MICE, and events.
Her professional journey also includes experience with Jet Airways and Kingfisher Airlines, which helped shape her customer-first approach and deep understanding of guest engagement and service excellence.
