Marc LeBlanc has been named General Manager, while Laura Robinson joins as Operations & Sustainability Director.

The appointments reflect the resort’s continued focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while advancing its commitment to sustainable luxury tourism in the Philippines.

Marc LeBlanc joins Nay Palad Hideaway with extensive experience in luxury resort management, commercial strategy, financial management, operations and high-end guest experiences.

Most recently, he served as General Manager of Shinta Mani Wild in Cambodia, an ultra-luxury tented camp nestled within the Cardamom rainforest. Throughout his career, he has also held senior leadership positions at Cap Karoso in Sumba, Kandolhu Maldives, Luna2 Bali, The Westin Dawn Beach Resort & Spa in Sint Maarten, and Little Cayman Beach Resort, building a strong reputation for leading luxury hospitality operations across some of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

As General Manager, LeBlanc will oversee the resort’s overall leadership, daily operations, commercial performance and guest experience, supporting the property’s continued growth while maintaining the personalised service that defines Nay Palad Hideaway.

Nay Palad Hideaway has also appointed Laura Robinson as Operations & Sustainability Director, bringing together expertise in hospitality operations, guest experience and environmental stewardship.

Robinson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology from the University of Plymouth and a Master of Science in Tropical Coastal Management from the University of Newcastle. Her career has focused on combining luxury hospitality with conservation and meaningful travel experiences.

She previously served as Operations and Sustainability Manager at Shinta Mani Wild, Director of Guest Experience & Sustainability at Cap Karoso, and Assistant Manager at Kandolhu Maldives, where she helped develop guest experiences rooted in sustainability and local culture.

In her new role, Robinson will work closely with the resort team to further strengthen day-to-day operations, sustainability initiatives, guest programming and Nay Palad Hideaway’s long-standing commitment to responsible tourism.
