
Hotel MOTTO has announced the appointment of Daniela Kohoutek as the new General Manager of its award-winning boutique hotel in Vienna, Austria.
Bringing more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Kohoutek will lead the hotel’s daily operations while focusing on guest experience, commercial performance, team development and continued growth. Kohoutek joins Hotel MOTTO after spending eight years as Business Director at COOEE alpin Hotels, where she played a key role in strengthening operations, shaping brand strategy and driving revenue management and commercial performance across the hotel group.
Earlier in her career, she managed refurbishment projects at Hotel Kummer and Hotel Alpha Vienna, helping improve hotel performance and enhance guest satisfaction. Her experience spans hotel operations, strategic leadership, brand positioning and business development across luxury and upscale hospitality.

Her career includes roles at Best Western Central Europe, Sheraton Jumeirah Beach Hotel & Towers, Hotel Imperial Vienna, Hotel Bristol Vienna, and JA Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort in Dubai, giving her extensive experience across hotel operations, luxury hospitality and guest service.
