Harilela Hotels has announced the appointment of Andreas Kraemer as the Founding General Manager of The Hari Singapore, marking a key milestone ahead of the luxury hotel’s highly anticipated opening in spring 2027.

Located close to Orchard Road and the historic Emerald Hill precinct, the 326-room luxury hotel will become the third property under The Hari brand, joining its acclaimed sister hotels in London and Hong Kong. Designed to offer a contemporary luxury experience, The Hari Singapore will combine modern design, exceptional hospitality and a strong connection to the city’s vibrant culture.

Kraemer brings more than 30 years of international hospitality experience across Europe and Asia, with a career spanning luxury hotels, commercial strategy and operational leadership. Before joining The Hari Singapore, he served as General Manager of InterContinental Singapore, where he spent more than five years leading the hotel’s luxury repositioning, commercial growth initiatives and brand development strategies.

His extensive hospitality career has also included senior leadership roles across Singapore, China, Thailand, India and the Maldives, giving him deep expertise in managing luxury hotels across diverse international markets.

Scheduled to open in spring 2027, The Hari Singapore will occupy a prime location just moments from Orchard Road and the heritage-rich Emerald Hill neighbourhood, one of Singapore’s most charming districts known for its colourful Peranakan architecture, boutique shopping and vibrant dining scene.

The hotel will feature 326 thoughtfully designed guest rooms and suites, offering travellers convenient access to Singapore’s leading retail, cultural and lifestyle attractions while providing an elegant urban retreat.

As the third hotel in The Hari portfolio, the Singapore property continues the brand’s expansion following the successful launches of The Hari London and The Hari Hong Kong.
