Bringing a strong track record in commercial strategy and people-focused leadership, Margit joins the senior team with deep expertise across luxury hospitality. In her new role, she will lead key functions including sales, marketing, public relations, and revenue management at the hotel, located within the prestigious Capital Place complex. Her mandate will be to accelerate growth, strengthen market positioning, and enhance brand visibility in a highly competitive segment.
With over 17 years of industry experience, Margit has built a reputation for delivering results through thoughtful strategy and collaborative leadership. She spent more than a decade in senior commercial roles at Raffles Jakarta, where she progressed across sales, marketing, and events, most recently serving as Director of Sales and Marketing. During this time, she played a key role in driving integrated commercial initiatives, strengthening corporate partnerships, and consistently growing market share.
Earlier in her career, Margit spent six years at another leading international hotel in Jakarta, where she honed her expertise in event sales and client engagement. Her ability to connect with clients, paired with a strong focus on team development, has enabled her to build high-performing teams and deliver sustained commercial success.
Known for her balanced leadership style and sharp commercial insight, Margit is well positioned to guide Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta into its next phase—one defined by strategic growth, elevated guest engagement, and a stronger presence in the luxury hospitality space.
