Denū Hotel & Spa, the newest luxury property in Pacific Hospitality Group’s Meritage Collection, has announced three key leadership appointments ahead of its highly anticipated opening in September 2026. Located in the heart of downtown Phoenix, the new luxury hotel has named Deliah Rose as Director of Brand Marketing, Linda Ding as General Manager, and Brian Hatchitt, CMP Fellow, as Director of Sales.

Denū Hotel & Spa prepares to introduce a new standard of luxury hospitality in Phoenix, combining wellness, contemporary design and destination-driven experiences for both business and leisure travellers.

Linda Ding as the General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations as Denū prepares to welcome its first guests.

She brings extensive leadership experience from several luxury hotels, including Ko’a Kea Resort on Po’ipu Beach in Kauai, where she served as General Manager, along with senior operational roles at Sheraton San Diego Resort and Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, part of Pacific Hospitality Group.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and operational expertise, Linda will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a strong team culture from day one.

“Denū Hotel & Spa meets the growing demand for sophisticated, locally rooted hospitality while ushering in a new era of luxury in downtown Phoenix,” said Linda Ding, General Manager, Denū Hotel & Spa. “Every element — from the design and service to our culinary and gathering spaces — has been thoughtfully crafted to deliver a dynamic and memorable guest experience unlike anything else in the city’s urban core. We look forward to welcoming both visitors and locals to discover everything Denū has to offer as we open our doors this fall.”

Joining Denū Hotel & Spa as Director of Brand Marketing, Deliah Rose brings more than 20 years of experience in brand strategy, destination marketing and hospitality leadership.

Most recently, she served with Skin Script Professional Skin Care and previously held the position of Corporate Director of Marketing – Brand & Hospitality at Gila River Resorts & Casinos. Throughout her career, Deliah has built brands that create meaningful guest connections through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and immersive experiences.

At Denū Hotel & Spa, she will lead the property’s brand positioning, marketing strategy and awareness campaigns while helping establish lasting relationships within the local community and the broader travel industry.

Denū Hotel & Spa has also appointed Brian Hatchitt, CMP Fellow, as its Director of Sales. With more than two decades of hospitality sales leadership experience, Hatchitt has successfully led revenue strategies across convention hotels, luxury boutique properties, gaming resorts, and destination hotels. His expertise includes business development, client partnerships and building high-performing sales teams.

As a downtown Phoenix resident, Brian Hatchitt also brings valuable local market knowledge and a strong understanding of the city’s growing appeal as a destination for meetings, events and leisure travel.
