At the helm is Executive Sous Chef Rose, who draws from her Southern roots and family traditions to craft a culinary journey that is both personal and proudly Thai. “At AOW THAI, we don’t just serve food, we share stories,” says Chef Rose. “Every ingredient is chosen with care, every recipe passed down with pride. I want guests to feel the warmth of a Thai home and the richness of our culture in every bite.”

Evenings at AOW THAI often turn into shared experiences, highlighting Thailand’s love for communal meals. Signature concepts like Moo Kra Ta, a lively Thai-style barbecue, and Jim Jum, a comforting hot pot experience, invite guests to gather and connect. Fresh seafood, premium meats, and seasonal ingredients are paired with house-made sauces, live cooking stations, and engaging entertainment, adding a vibrant energy to the setting.
