
Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel has announced the appointment of Manish Jha as its new General Manager, reinforcing the luxury hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence and strategic growth in one of Dubai’s most competitive hospitality markets.
Operated by Minor Hotels, the luxury hotel in Business Bay enters an exciting new phase under Jha’s leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, hotel operations and destination management, he brings extensive expertise gained across some of the world’s most respected hotel brands.
Jha’s journey with Minor Hotels began in 2006 when he joined as Director of Food & Beverage for Anantara Dhigu Maldives Resort, Anantara Veli Maldives Resort and Naladhu Maldives. Over the years, he has held key leadership positions at several flagship properties, including Anantara Bophut Koh Samui Resort, Avani Seychelles Barbarons Resort & Spa, Anantara Hua Hin Resort and Avani+ Hua Hin Resort.
Most recently, he served as General Manager of NH Collection Dubai The Palm, where he successfully led the launch of the brand’s first Middle East property. His leadership played a significant role in delivering strong commercial results while maintaining high operational standards and guest satisfaction.
In his new position, Jha will oversee all aspects of Anantara Downtown Dubai Hotel’s operations, further strengthening its reputation as one of Dubai’s leading luxury lifestyle hotels.
