Thank you! Our design reflects a seamless blend of modern minimalism and elegant functionality, in line with COMO’s design philosophy. From natural materials to subtle, muted color tones, every element is carefully chosen to create an atmosphere of tranquility. I would particularly highlight our use of spaces that allow natural light to flow, enhancing an open, airy feel that’s refreshing. Additionally, our Floral Dive by Thomas Hilland digital wall at the lobby lounge serves as a unique artistic focal point, offering guests an inspiring visual experience the moment they step into the hotel.
What are your top priorities when it comes to the guest experience, and how do you measure and track guest satisfaction?
Our priority is to create a personalized and memorable experience that anticipates our guests’ needs. We want every guest to feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until they depart. We track guest satisfaction through regular feedback channels, including post-stay surveys, direct guest comments, and social media. Furthermore, our team undergoes continuous training to improve service standards, and we monitor our performance closely to respond to feedback in real-time, ensuring that each guest’s experience meets the COMO standard.
I thoroughly enjoyed the healthy food, including the Thali – which I am sure Indians will relish. Can you enlighten our readers regarding COMO Shambhala food?
I am delighted to hear that. COMO Shambhala Cuisine is designed to nourish both body and mind, with a focus on ingredients that support vitality. Each dish is crafted with an emphasis on freshness, nutrient-rich whole foods, and a balance of flavors. Our Thali, for instance, brings traditional tastes with a wellness twist, utilizing lighter oils, plant-based proteins, and plenty of vegetables and spices known for their health benefits. The goal is to offer our guests food that is as delightful to eat as it is beneficial, making healthy choices feel effortless and enjoyable.
