IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 are preparing an expanded programme designed to give delegates more opportunities to learn, connect and experience the changing world of MICE, corporate travel and business events across Asia-Pacific.

The co-located events will bring together meetings and events professionals, corporate travel planners, buyers, destinations, hotels and industry experts through a mix of educational sessions, networking opportunities, destination experiences and business meetings. This year’s programme reflects the changing expectations of the global business events industry, from multi-generational incentive travel and new corporate travel needs to cruise-based events and data-led decision-making.

The 2026 conference programme will explore emerging trends, fresh business opportunities and the issues influencing the future of meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.

One of the new sessions, “Cruising into MICE: Innovative Event Solutions at Sea“, hosted by Worldwide Cruise Associates, will look at the growing role of cruises in the MICE industry. The session will examine how ocean cruises, river vessels and expedition ships can be used for meetings, incentive programmes, corporate gatherings and full-ship charters. Beyond the onboard experience, speakers will discuss how cruise events can combine distinctive venues with the opportunity to explore multiple destinations.

The panel will feature Diana Bloss, Co-Founder and Vice President of Worldwide Cruise Associates; Jan Basson, Senior Director, Charter Sales; National Geographic Lindblad Expeditions; and Matthew Boutwell, Senior Director, Global MICE, Crystal/Abercrombie & Kent MICE. Karen Yue, Group Editor, TTG Asia Media, will moderate the discussion.

Another timely session, “The New MICE Demography: Reshaping Incentive Travel for Multi-Generational Travellers“, hosted by euromic Academy, will focus on the changing face of incentive travel.

With today’s workforce spanning Baby Boomers through Generation Z, companies are looking for incentive programmes that appeal to different generations while delivering meaningful business results. The panel will explore how planners can bring together luxury, authentic cultural experiences, sustainability and flexibility when designing incentive travel programmes.

Speakers include Cindy Lui, Vice President – Resort Sales, MGM MACAU & MGM COTAI; Sumate Sudasna, Chief Resilience Officer, Conference & Destination Management; and Juan Paredes, Head of Strategy, Destination Asia. Rajeev Kohli, CIS, CITP, DMCP, Joint Managing Director, Creative Travel India, will moderate the session.

Data and market insights will take centre stage in “INSIDE MICE: Trends and Data for Strategic Decision-Making”, hosted by the Global MICE Collaborative. Drawing on insights from IAEE, MPI and SITE, the session will explore global MICE trends, emerging opportunities and practical approaches that can help businesses make informed decisions in a rapidly changing industry. The session will be presented by June Kim, Director of Sales, Kim’s M&T DMC Korea.

Corporate travel will also come under the spotlight with “Corporate Travel for the Ages“, which will examine how companies can adapt travel programmes for a workforce spanning up to five generations—from Traditionalists and Baby Boomers to Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z.

The session will consider changing employee expectations, travel habits and working styles, while exploring how corporate travel policies can balance flexibility, wellbeing and productivity with business objectives. Eugene Tan, General Manager, Trip.Biz Southeast Asia, and Ewan Lim, Senior Manager, Travel and Meetings, APAC and Emerging Markets, GSK, will join the session, with Karen Yue, Group Editor, TTG Asia Media, serving as moderator.

Beyond the conference sessions, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 will continue to bring together international buyers, corporate planners, associations, destinations and suppliers for business development and networking.

The exhibition will welcome new exhibitors from across the world, including Almaty Tourism Bureau. The Kazakhstan destination will introduce delegates to Almaty, the country’s largest city, and its growing potential as a destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions.

Delegates will be able to explore Almaty’s expanding MICE infrastructure, mountain landscapes, cultural attractions and year-round business events opportunities, while making connections with suppliers and partners across Central Asia. Australia will also feature strongly at the exhibition, with Tourism Australia, Business Events Perth and Business Events Sydney showcasing the country’s business events offering.

Representatives will highlight new destination developments, incentive travel opportunities and venues across Australia’s cities and regions, giving buyers and planners a closer look at options for meetings, corporate events, conferences and incentive programmes.

The 2026 event programme will extend beyond the exhibition and conference floor, giving delegates opportunities to experience Thailand’s diverse destinations, culture and local experiences.

The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) will organise post-event familiarisation tours for qualified buyers and media. Participants can choose between two three-day, two-night educational visits to Chiang Rai or Khao Yai, offering first-hand insight into each destination’s MICE infrastructure, venues and distinctive experiences. SITE Thailand will also host a two-day, one-night incentive experience in Phetchaburi, a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The programme will explore the province’s culinary traditions through immersive food experiences, highlighting its distinctive sweet, savoury and sour flavours. It will also showcase initiatives supporting local communities and helping preserve Thailand’s culinary heritage for future generations.

With a programme spanning MICE trends, corporate travel, incentive experiences, cruise tourism, destination development and international business networking, IT&CM Asia and CTW Asia-Pacific 2026 offer delegates a broader view of where the industry is heading.

By bringing education, business connections and destination experiences together, the events create opportunities for professionals to discover new markets, exchange ideas and build partnerships that can continue long after the event ends.

Registration for IT&CMA and CTW APAC is now open. Industry professionals are invited to secure their participation and be part of Asia-Pacific’s premier gathering for the MICE and corporate travel community.
