ORA Hospitality, the luxury travel and hospitality division of ORA Developers, has announced the appointment of Vincenzo Falcone as its new Chief Executive Officer. This leadership move comes at a time when the brand is expanding its footprint in the global luxury hospitality market and strengthening its portfolio of high-end destinations.
As CEO, Falcone will lead the company’s overall strategy, focusing on business growth, financial performance, and operational excellence across all properties. His role will also include overseeing upcoming international expansions and enhancing the positioning of ORA Hospitality as a key player in the luxury travel and resort industry.
A major part of his focus will remain on the brand’s flagship destination, Silversands Collection Grenada, which continues to attract global luxury travellers.
Falcone brings more than 30 years of experience in ultra-luxury hospitality, making him a strong addition to ORA’s leadership team. He joins the company after a successful tenure at Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, where he spent seven years managing some of its most iconic properties, including Bvlgari Hotel Milano and Bvlgari Hotel Roma. His work in these roles focused on delivering premium guest experiences, building high-performing teams, and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Earlier in his career, Falcone held senior leadership positions across Europe’s leading cities. He spent several years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and more than a decade with St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, gaining deep expertise in luxury hotel management, operations, and brand development.
Known for his people-first leadership style, Falcone has consistently focused on creating strong teams, building lasting industry relationships, and delivering memorable guest experiences. His approach aligns closely with current luxury travel trends, where personalised service, attention to detail, and meaningful stays are key drivers for modern travellers.
In his new role, Falcone will prioritise expanding ORA Hospitality’s global presence while maintaining high standards across its existing portfolio. He will also lead strategic partnerships and business development efforts to support long-term growth, positioning the brand competitively in the international luxury travel market.
“I’m honored to join ORA Hospitality during an exciting era of growth. It is a privilege to begin working with this best-in-class team as we define the brand’s next chapter, and I look forward to all that is to come for its growing collection,” said Vincenzo Falcone, CEO of ORA Hospitality, on his appointment.
Naguib Sawiris, Chairman and CEO at ORA Developers, added, “Vincenzo is someone who understands that true luxury is built on discipline: in the product, the team, and the vision. That alignment with how we build at ORA is what made this decision easy.”
Lana Sawiris, Global Chief Commercial Officer at ORA Developers, also commented, “We’ve been intentional about who leads ORA Hospitality into this next stage of growth – someone who can hold the brand standard and drive commercial results simultaneously. Vincenzo has done exactly that at the highest level of luxury hospitality, and that’s precisely what this moment for us calls for.”
With this appointment, ORA Hospitality signals its commitment to scaling its operations while staying rooted in quality, innovation, and guest-focused experiences. Under Falcone’s leadership, the brand is expected to strengthen its reputation as a rising name in luxury resorts and global hospitality.
