Rosetta Hospitality Appoints Aditya Mata as General Manager of Rosetta Sakleshpur

Rosetta Hospitality has named Aditya Mata as the new General Manager of Rosetta Sakleshpur, the brand’s luxury retreat set within a 100-acre coffee estate in Sakleshpur, Karnataka.

Mata brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across premium resorts and urban hotels in India and international markets. His career spans senior roles with leading hospitality groups including The Oberoi Group, The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, Essque Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Zuri Hotels & Resorts.

Most recently, he served as Group General Manager at Cocoa Collection Hotels in Kenya. Before that, he was General Manager at Essque Hotels, Zanzibar, where he steered the property through a structured post-pandemic turnaround. His global assignments have centred on operational excellence, people leadership, and elevating guest experiences in large-scale resort settings.

At Rosetta Sakleshpur, Mata will lead overall operations with a focus on refining service quality, deepening guest engagement, and driving sustainable growth, while preserving the resort’s close relationship with its natural surroundings and local heritage.
