
ICONIQA Hotels has appointed Shibani Malhotra as the General Manager of ICONIQA – Mumbai International Airport, the group’s flagship property known for its distinctive “Un-Hotel” positioning. With more than two decades of hospitality experience, including a strong commercial and operational foundation honed during her tenure with Marriott, Malhotra steps into the role with a proven track record in elevating guest experience and driving strategic growth.
As General Manager, she will oversee operations at the 291-key lifestyle property, which features four bars, two restaurants, five event venues, and The Bombay Swim Club, touted as Mumbai’s first rooftop day club. Under her leadership, ICONIQA aims to reinforce its identity as a future-focused, experiential brand rooted in design innovation, smart technology, and a guest-first philosophy.
