JATI, the highly anticipated private island retreat by the creators of Shinta Mani Hotels, is delighted to announce Stephan Rohrer as its new General Manager. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, Stephan will lead JATI as it enters its first full high season.

Stephan’s impressive career includes leadership roles at renowned resorts across Asia, where he has driven innovation, streamlined operations, and inspired teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. “JATI’s vision of accessible, lifestyle-driven island escapes with a distinct Cambodian vibe is incredibly exciting,” said Stephan. “I’m eager to work with the team to showcase the resort’s distinct character and create experiences that truly resonate with our guests.”

Located on Koh Russey (Bamboo Island) in Cambodia’s pristine Koh Rong archipelago, JATI combines a relaxed island vibe with thoughtfully curated amenities. Its 82 villas, some featuring private pools, offer a perfect retreat nestled along the beach or within lush gardens.
