Hospitality One Source has announced the promotion of Nathan Charlton to President, marking a significant leadership move as the company continues to expand its presence across the hospitality industry.

Previously serving as Executive Vice President of Sales, Nathan will now oversee the company’s overall strategy, operations and long-term growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the board of directors, he will lead efforts to strengthen customer relationships, expand Hospitality One Source’s reach across the hotel sector and drive the next phase of the company’s growth.

Since joining Hospitality One Source in 2021, Nathan has played a major role in accelerating the company’s growth and strengthening partnerships with leading hotel brands and group purchasing organizations (GPOs).

His leadership has helped broaden the company’s market presence while introducing new hospitality product solutions that better serve hotels and accommodation providers. He also led several digital transformation initiatives, including the launch of new websites, upgraded digital assets and enhanced product imagery, making it easier for customers to evaluate, compare and purchase hospitality products online.
