Leading Crescent’s Digital Marketing Strategy
As Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing, Kastrounis will guide the corporate Marketing team while overseeing initiatives designed to support hotels across Crescent’s portfolio.
Her remit covers digital marketing, eCommerce, brand strategy and commercial marketing, areas that have become increasingly important as hotels compete for direct bookings, online visibility and stronger customer engagement.
“Kristi has an incredible competitive spirit. She understands marketing at a deep level, knows how owners think, understands the top hotel brands, and most importantly, knows how to turn that knowledge into results for our hotels and our owners,” said Dawn Gallagher, President of Crescent Hotels & Resorts. “This promotion is well earned and reflects the impact she has made across our organization. I’m excited to see her lead our Marketing team as we continue building one of hospitality’s leading commercial organizations.”
Supporting the Next Generation of Hospitality Marketers
Kastrounis is also actively involved in the wider hospitality marketing community. She serves on HSMAI’s Marketing Advisory Board and volunteers with HSMAI’s Rising Leaders Council, where she mentors emerging hospitality marketing professionals alongside other industry leaders. Her involvement reflects her focus on sharing industry knowledge and supporting the development of future marketing talent.
Kastrounis’ promotion comes as Crescent Hotels & Resorts continues to invest in its commercial capabilities and leadership team.
