For those seeking a lighter or quicker option, an express lunch menu is available Tuesday to Friday from $35.

For those wishing to start their day at Capella Sydney, the hotel now welcomes external guests to enjoy its acclaimed breakfast experience in the serene surrounds of Aperture.
