Davidson Hospitality Group, one of the leading hospitality management companies in the United States, has announced the appointment of Joe Masi as Senior Vice President, Operations for its Davidson Hotels operating vertical. The division specializes in managing heritage hotel brands and established hospitality assets across key markets.

In his new role, Masi will oversee operational standards, best practices, and performance strategies across the Davidson Hotels portfolio, helping drive operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and long-term value creation for hotel owners and stakeholders.

A respected hospitality executive with more than 35 years of experience, Masi brings extensive expertise in hotel operations, portfolio management, asset optimization, organizational development, and leadership. Throughout his career, he has earned recognition for enhancing hotel performance, building strong owner relationships, and developing high-performing teams across both domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining Davidson Hospitality Group, Masi served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Remington Hotels, where he led a portfolio of 125 hotels. During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency, talent development, guest experience enhancement, and sustainable value creation for ownership groups.

His hospitality career also includes senior leadership roles with several well-known hotel operators and brands, where he assumed increasing responsibilities and contributed to business growth and operational success. Masi has also worked closely with private equity firms, institutional investors, and independent hotel owners to maximize asset performance and investment returns. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Masi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management.
