
Hilton has strengthened its finance leadership in Bengaluru with the appointment of Sheetal Aggarwal as Cluster Director of Finance, overseeing operations across Hilton Bangalore Embassy Golflinks, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, and Hilton Garden Inn Bangalore. The move reflects Hilton’s continued focus on robust financial governance and strategic growth across its key city properties.
Aggarwal brings more than 23 years of experience spanning hospitality, e-commerce, banking, and financial consulting. In her new role, she will lead the cluster’s finance function, working closely with hotel leadership teams to guide financial strategy, performance management, and long-term planning while ensuring strong governance and compliance standards.
A Chartered Accountant with a PGDBA in Finance, Aggarwal has held senior finance roles with some of the hospitality industry’s most respected brands, including Marriott International, Shangri-La Hotels, InterContinental Hotels Group, SUJÁN Luxury Hospitality, and EIH Limited – The Oberoi Group. Across these positions, she has played a key role in ERP implementations, audit management, strengthening internal controls, and building high-performing finance teams.
Prior to joining Hilton, Aggarwal served as Financial Controller at EIH Limited – The Oberoi, New Delhi, where she was responsible for finance strategy, regulatory compliance, and engagement with senior stakeholders. Her professional background also includes experience at Amazon Development Centre (India) Pvt. Ltd., supporting finance operations and transformation initiatives across emerging markets.
At Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Aggarwal will focus on financial planning and analysis, risk management, compliance, and process optimisation. Her leadership is expected to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making across the cluster, reinforcing Hilton’s financial framework as the brand continues to expand its presence in Bengaluru.
