Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek has named Katherine “Katie” Cosgrove as its new Director of Sales & Marketing, bringing on a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 15 years of experience driving revenue growth across full-service resorts, lifestyle hotels, and large conference destinations.

In her new role, Cosgrove will lead the resort’s overall sales and marketing strategy, overseeing group, transient, and catering segments while strengthening the property’s market positioning across Orlando and the Lake Buena Vista area. The AAA Four Diamond resort continues to expand its footprint in both leisure and meetings travel, making the appointment a strategic move to support long-term growth.

Before joining Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek, Cosgrove most recently served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Ashore Resort & Beach Club and as a Task Force Director of Sales & Marketing for HEI Hotels & Resorts, where she supported multiple full-service and resort properties across the United States. During her tenure at a 250-room oceanfront resort featuring more than 40,000 square feet of meeting space, she achieved double-digit year-over-year growth in group room revenue, room nights, and banquet and catering performance. She also successfully maintained business continuity during a $20 million, property-wide renovation—demonstrating her ability to lead through complex operational transitions.

Cosgrove’s career includes senior leadership roles with well-known hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Aramark, and Real Hospitality Group. Throughout her career, she has overseen diverse portfolios ranging from boutique conference centers to large multi-property hotel complexes. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation & Parks Management with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Frostburg State University.
