Corinthia Hotels has announced the appointment of Peter Roth as President, Hotel Operations, reinforcing the luxury hotel’s leadership team as it prepares for its next phase of international growth.

The newly created role will see Roth oversee the operational performance of Corinthia’s existing luxury hotel portfolio while leading operational readiness for upcoming openings across Italy, Doha, Riyadh, Dubai, the Maldives and Chengdu. Based at the company’s London headquarters, he will report directly to Simon Naudi, Group CEO and Managing Director of the Corinthia Group.

“Peter brings a wealth of operational expertise that will directly strengthen our day-to-day hotel performance,” said Simon Naudi. “His main focus will be on operations, service standards, and profitability across our existing Corinthia hotels. We are delighted to welcome such an experienced hotelier into the Corinthia family.”

Roth joins Corinthia Hotels with more than three decades of leadership experience in the luxury hospitality industry, having worked across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for improving hotel operations, developing high-performing leadership teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences across some of the world’s leading luxury hospitality brands. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President at Jumeirah, where he led one of the Middle East’s premier integrated luxury resort destinations.

Before that, Roth spent 15 years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, eventually becoming Area Vice President, overseeing a diverse portfolio of luxury, lifestyle and full-service hotels across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Philadelphia. Based at Park Hyatt New York, he was responsible for driving operational performance across multiple brands and markets.

Earlier in his career, Roth held several operational leadership positions with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts throughout Europe and the Americas, laying the foundation for a career defined by international expertise, operational excellence and people-focused leadership.

Having lived and worked in 11 countries, Roth brings extensive international experience and a global perspective to Corinthia Hotels. Fluent in English, Spanish and German, he is recognized for building strong workplace cultures, mentoring future hospitality professionals and creating environments where exceptional guest service and commercial success go hand in hand.
