
Hyatt Regency Trivandrum has announced the appointment of Sajit Sebastian as its new Director of Sales & Marketing, reinforcing the hotel’s commercial leadership as it continues to strengthen its position in Kerala’s growing hospitality market.
With this appointment, the luxury hotel aims to expand its footprint across the business travel, leisure tourism, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) and wedding segments while driving long-term commercial growth.
Sebastian brings nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having held senior commercial leadership roles with some of the world’s leading hotel brands, including Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Accor and Radisson Hotel Group. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for delivering business growth, developing strategic partnerships and leading integrated sales and marketing initiatives for luxury hotels, convention properties and premium hospitality destinations.
As Director of Sales & Marketing, Sebastian will lead the commercial strategy for Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, focusing on expanding the hotel’s presence across corporate travel, MICE events, leisure tourism and destination weddings. He will also work on strengthening strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities and enhancing the hotel’s visibility among domestic and international travelers.
His appointment reflects Hyatt Regency Trivandrum’s continued focus on sustainable business growth while reinforcing its reputation as one of Kerala’s leading luxury hotels for business travelers, conferences, weddings and leisure stays.

With experience across multiple leading global hospitality brands, he brings valuable industry knowledge that will support Hyatt Regency Trivandrum’s next phase of growth and strengthen its position as a preferred luxury hospitality destination in South India.
